Lights of the Lake

Four designers from Delft University of Technology traveled to Lake Victoria, Tanzania and collaborated with Sagar Energy Solutions to design a solar-powered lamp for night fishing. This effort aims to end the reliance on dangerous and expensive kerosene lanterns.

The process, which involved fishing communities fishing all night, was documented. The result is Lights of the Lake.
